Pot luck as usual at 6:30.
We have no speaker scheduled. Instead we will use the 7:00 time slot for signing and notarizing candidate petitions. We will have 3 or 4 notaries present. Please finish walking your precinct and bring in all of the signed petitions that you may have. We will collect them and forward to the various campaigns.
If you are running for election as precinct committeeman, we will file your petition for you. You will also need to provide your Statement of Candidacy and Loyalty Oath which have to be filed with the petition sheets. The Loyalty Oath is optional.
Business meeting will start at 7:30. We will try to keep it short. Because Mark Gaethle has arranged a gubernatorial forum in Aurora which starts around 7:30 and will be live streamed, we will have equipment set up to watch it in the church as soon as we can wrap up our meeting.
If you have any questions, please call Carl or Donna.
